RETURN POLICY: NO RETURNS - ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of the item, and like most Prom Dress retailers, we cannot offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations, for several reasons:
- We cannot return the dresses to the manufacturer or cancel an order that we place with the manufacturer.
- Some customers would want to return their dress after wearing it to their event.
- Exchanges are not practical as there would not be enough time.
Please be sure of the dress style, size and color when ordering.
- EXCEPTION: If we cannot get your dress, or get it in time, you will receive a PayPal refund to the PayPal account or Credit Card used to make the order through PayPal.
SHIPPING / DRESS AVAILABILITY
All shipping times are business days only (do not count weekends or holidays, even for expedited shipping) and begin when the item is delivered to the carrier.
- FREE GROUND SHIPPING IN LOWER 48 USA! Up to 15 business days or more estimate.
- Expedited Shipping USA - $45.00: 3-8 business days estimate for Lower 48 USA. Also use as Standard shipping for Alaska & Hawaii & Canada*.
- International Shipping* Outside Canada - $55.00.
- *Note Canada & International: You may have to pay a Customs Fee, Duty or Import Tax when the dress arrives in your country. You might ask your local postal officials about that. Please make sure that your Billing and Shipping addresses match. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries.
Items Shown Not Necessarily In Stock: Like most Prom Dress websites, the majority of the dresses will have to be special ordered for you from the designer. This will increase shipping time to you. If the designer has the dress in stock, approximately 15 business days to you by FREE regular ground (we pay the shipping from the designer to us and from us to you). The shipping process can be speeded-up with an Expedited Shipping.
- Note: Some designers require an expedited shipping to ship out to us right away. Otherwise, it might take them a week just to ship the dress. If this is the case and you need the dress early, your shipping will have to be upgraded to an expedited shipping so the designer will ship out right away.
DATE WANTED BY: Please indicate a date you want the dress in the comments box during checkout, to help us determine whether we can get your dress to you in time. Try to leave time for any alterations. But also leave time for us to get the dress and get it to you.
PHOTOS: Actual color of dress may vary from the photo due to lighting, dye lot, monitor setting, etc.
SIZE CHARTS: Make sure you study the appropriate size chart carefully, being careful not to get a dress too small at any measuring point. Sizes may vary from designer to designer. The appropriate size chart is linked from each dress' page.
ORDER STATUS UPDATES: Make sure you regularly return and login to "My Account" to view your order status updates. All information regarding your order will be posted in your "Previous Orders", and this login will be our primary means of communication with you concerning your order. Click on the "View" button to see "Status History & Comments".
- Do not rely on our auto-generated email updates: customers sometimes miss them or they fail to arrive due to Junk Boxes, spam filters, etc.
